Viewing Your Order History
Your most recent orders are listed on your account page. Any orders that you have placed in the last 3 months will be in this section.
If you want to view all of your orders, click on the 'Orders History' link on the left (You must be logged in to view these pages). On the orders history page, you can search for a specific order that you're looking for. Just enter the order refernece number in the search box. The status of your order is shown on the right, in green. If you want to view any more details about the order or send us a message about that order, click the 'View Order Details' button on the right.
Sending Us A Message About An Order
To send us a message about one of your orders:
- Find the order you want to send a message about
- Click 'View Order Details'
- Enter a subject
- Enter your message
- Click 'Send Message'
Adding Contents Of An Order To Your Basket
You can add the items that you purchased in a previous order to your basket. To do this follow the steps below:
- Find the order you want to add the contents of to your basket
- Click 'View Order Details'
- Click 'Add Contents of this Order to your Shopping Basket'
- Your basket should now contain the contents of that order
